Sally is a Mortgage Expert advising and helping clients with every aspect of property finance. She is also an independent voice commentating on TV and Radio on the latest financial news, updates and developments. She has appeared on many shows including BBC Breakfast, Jeremy Vine, Radio 4, Nicky Campbell, Vanessa Feltz, GB News and Talk TV.

Her arrival in the finance industry is relatively recent but her wide experience set her apart from the start. She kicked off her career in property and estate agency, moving into property development. Headhunted in her 20’s, she went into recruitment in the City. A keen art collector she later became a gallerist and indulged her passion for fashion as a Buyer. Then came mortgages – it was an area where her skill at client relationships could merge with her analytical side. It was a perfect match.

James Prosser

With over 25 years’ experience across media, technology and live events, James Prosser has built and scaled industry-defining platforms within the UK mortgage intermediary and wider financial services market.

An entrepreneur at heart, he founded and successfully exited his own financial services events business, before returning to lead and grow some of the sector’s most recognised brands, events and awards programmes. Many of the initiatives he has created or revitalised are now established fixtures in the industry calendar.

As Commercial Director at Mortgage Strategy, James is responsible for driving the growth and evolution of the brand’s events portfolio. Since rejoining in 2025, he has launched Mortgage Innovation & Technology Live, the Mortgage Strategy Next Gen programme, and the Mortgage Strategy Specialist Lending Awards, alongside leading the continued development of the flagship Mortgage Strategy Awards. Known for combining commercial acumen with strategic vision, he specialises in creating platforms that bring the industry together — driving innovation, collaboration and meaningful business outcomes.
