Welcome to the 20th Mortgage Strategy Awards!

This year marks the 20th Anniversary of the Mortgage Strategy Awards.

The Mortgage Strategy Awards are undoubtedly seen as the pinnacle of success for those in the UK mortgage industry. Widely recognised as the ‘Oscars’ of the mortgage industry, the accolades are not awarded lightly. Several rounds of shortlisting take place before the judge’s comb through each entry and decide on a winner. It’s the culmination of hard work and effort over the past twelve months, the rigorous judging process associated with the Awards that ensures that winning one of the 28 categories really is a mark of excellence.

This year, we are planning to hold the Awards at JW Marriott Grosvenor House on Tuesday 18 May 2021. An event of this scale requires significant planning so it has been necessary to set a date to focus on and we are hopeful that we can go ahead with our celebration in the usual fashion at that time.

However, the safety of our guests is of course our priority so should it become clear that we cannot go ahead as planned we will make alternative arrangements providing you with as much notice as possible.

Whatever form the Awards take in 2021, we guarantee a fantastic celebration as always for all of our guests and wish you lots of luck as the nomination process begins.

Self-nominate your company for this year's Awards

It's time to put your company forward for consideration in the next stage of the process, the public vote. This year we have 28 categories including Best Lender for Technology which is new for 2021! We know this year hasn't been a normal one to be judged on and our categories and entry criteria will reflect this.

The process is simple. All you need to do is tell us which category/ies you want to self-nominate in and why by completing a short form.

Due to popular demand, we've extended the deadline for nominations to Friday 29 January 2021, 5pm!
