Broker Categories
Best Broker for Buy-to-Let
The award is for firms that can prove during the eligibility period they have continued to expand and show improvement in their buy-to-let operations, both from an advice and customer service point of view. The winner will also have focused on culture, quality of submissions and technology.
Best Broker for Digital Innovation
This award is the territory of those broker firms that are setting the standard in either integrating technology into their everyday business, developing that technology, or both. Judges will also take into account use of social media and other online initiative taken during the eligibility period.
Best Broker for Later Life
Best Broker for Later Life is for the brokerage that during the eligibility period has surpassed sales targets in this area, continued to keep customers happy and continued to promote later life as a sector. They should also ensure that the client is always given the best advice and understands the product.
Best Broker for Protection
This category is for firms that can prove strong performances in protection advice and conversion rates, ensuring appropriate cover for customers and a passion for this area.
Best Broker for Short-term Lending
The award is for firms that can prove they have fully understood this specialist area and continued to expand and show improvement in their short-term lending operations during the eligibility period.
