MORTGAGE STRATEGY AWARDS SELFIE COMPETITION T&Cs 

1. The competition will run from 6-11.59pm on 21/05/2025. 2. The prize is 1x £100 gift voucher experience. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 3. The winner will be notified by a response to their social media post from the Mortgage Strategy social media account (X, Instagram or LinkedIn) within 14 days of the event. 4. The prize draw is open to any UK resident aged 18 years and over. 5. Employees of Mortgage Strategy, its subsidiaries, and any other companies connected with this competition, along with their families and members of their households, are not eligible to enter. 6. Entries will be limited to one per individual who owns the social media account (X, Instagram or LinkedIn). 7. No purchase is necessary to take part in the competition, and no proof of purchase will be required. 8. If the winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the organisers, then the organisers will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they think fit, without any liability to the prize winner. 9. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for delivery. 11. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. The cancellation of the prize draw at any point is entirely at the discretion of the organisers. 13. Mortgage Strategy accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Mortgage Strategy further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
