How does the entry process work?

Has the entry process for 2021 been adapted in light of the Covid-19 pandemic?
Covid-19 and the fallout of the pandemic was the biggest factor influencing the performance of the property market in 2020. In light of this, our category and entry criteria will reflect the changes in the market and the new elements required to function in this environment. How do I vote for my company?
Voting is now open! Click here to have your say and cast your vote.
Voters can have their say in as many categories as they would like, by either selecting from the company lists provided or submitting their own nominations via the 'other' option.
Please note that votes will only be accepted from individuals operating within the UK mortgage industry. Firms are welcome to vote for themselves, but only one internal vote per company will be counted towards the final total.
Voting will close at midnight on Friday 26 February.
The firms with the highest number of votes in each category will become our longlist. Longlisted firms will be contacted in early March and invited to submit an entry. Further information on the entry process is available here.
When will I find out if we’ve been longlisted?
Longlisted firms will be contacted in early March. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the voting process we are unable to contact all unsuccessful firms; if you have not heard from us by Wednesday 10 March, unfortunately, your firm has not been successful on this occasion.
The Awards Ceremony
When is the Awards ceremony?
We are planning to hold this year’s Mortgage Strategy Awards at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London on Monday 20 September 2021.
What is the dress code for the Awards?
The dress code is black tie.
What are the approximate timings for the Awards?
Approximate timings are as below – full timings will be sent with your tickets, c. 4 weeks prior to the event.

How do I book a table?
Table booking will be available shortly. To view the 2021 packages and pricing, please click here.
How is the table plan decided?
Priority seating is allocated initially to VIPs and Sponsors; this is then followed by paid platinum table bookings, then gold tables and finally silver tables in booking date order.
Can I request a specific seating plan?
If table bookers have a specific seating plan in mind, place cards will be provided so that you can lay these out during the drinks reception on the night.
Are there any discounted hotel rates available on the night?
Discounted hotel rates will be made available nearer the time.
When will my tickets arrive?
Tickets will be sent out approximately 4 weeks prior to the event, providing payment has been received.
